Okonomiyaki

Ingredients -
okonomiyaki
50g
chives
60ml
dashi
3
eggs
50g
flour
50g
pak choi
2
spring onions
toppings
katsuobushi flakes
Kewpie mayo
okonomiyaki sauce
toasted sesame seeds
Adjust number of okonomiyaki:
Method -
Combine the flour, eggs and dashi to form a batter.
Shred the cabbage and add it to the batter, along with the chopped chive and the spring onions.
Pour the batter in an pan that has been heating with some oil.
Cook on each side until golden brown and the veg is cooked but not soft.
Move to a serving plate and add the toppings.

Okonomiyaki sauce is just an equal mix of Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and oyster sauce, plus a little sugar
